About Lisa

I was born and raised in Long Island, New York.  In 1997 I made a big move to South Florida to help expand our family business, a National Sign Company.  During my career in the sign business, I plugged myself into every area of expertise so that I would learn the ins and outs of every position we staffed to be able to better serve the employees I was managing.  I also established myself as "the face" of the company by meeting all our clients face to face and attending all the sales & marketing conferences throughout the country year after year.  

While that was already a full-time career, I also decided to dabble in real estate.  In 2009 I earned my Real Estate Sales Associate license in South Florida.  I worked with title companies to understand all that they do during a real estate transaction, I used my permitting skills to help clients understand close out processes or easement situations and I networked with other Realtors to learn some of their successes and failures...the why's and how's, if you will.

In 2020 I married my husband Jayson and we blended our two beautiful families.  We have two daughters and one son.  I moved from Florida to Colorado and now North Carolina.  I hold my real estate license in all three states.  I'm excited to be with eXp Realty LLC and look forward to using all my skills I've picked up along the way and walk alongside clients that need help finding the perfect property (or properties) for them!
